Light up the holidays with bottle luminaries in Blanchard

The Blanchard Public Library is helping light up holiday decorations with a classic look at an adult craft project making bottle luminaries. The program is for ages 18 and up and takes place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, in the Community Room of the library, 205 NE 10th St.
Each participant is asked to bring a 20-ounch plastic bottle that has been cleaned and had the label removed. The bottles will be decorated to make luminaries to take home as part of holiday decorations for this year or the future.
All other supplies for the decorating will be supplied by the library.
Registration is required in advance to take part.
