The Norman Public Library and its Children’s Services staff have a little something for all ages in their weekly programming schedule, which feature stories, music, crafts and much more.
Once the latest segment of the library's flooring project is completd at the end of January, the following schedule will take place February through April except when the library is closed. All programs will take place at the downtown Norman Public Library, 225 N. Webster Ave., unless otherwise noted.
Mondays – 10 a.m., Story Time (ages birth to pre-K)
Tuesdays – 10 a.m., Norman West Story Time, at Norman Public Library West, 300 Norman Center Court; 6 p.m., Story Time (ages birth to pre-K)
Wednesdays – 3:30 p.m., Afterschool Special (geared to kindergarten through 2nd grade)
Thursdays – 3:30 p.m., Tween Creative Space (for tweens in 3rd through 5th grade) (1st and 3rd Thursday of the month); 4:30 p.m., For 5th and 6th Grade Only! (2nd and 4th Thursdays)
Fridays – 10 a.m., Rhythm Babies (children up to age 3); 11 a.m., Music Connection (ages 3 to 7)
Saturdays – 11 a.m., Story Time (ages birth to pre-K)
