Norman hosts annual “Apple Pie 101” for teens
A holiday favorite returns to the Norman Public Library with its Apple Pie 101 program for teens, at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, in the Lowry Room of the library, 225 N. Webster Ave.
Participants will spend the day helping get part of the next day’s big family meal ready. They will be provided all the ingredients to put together an apple pie, with all that’s left to do is bake it when they get back home.
The program is for middle school and high school aged teens.
Supplies are provided courtesy the support of the Friends of the Norman Public Library but will be limited in number, so registration is required in advance to take part.
For more information, or to register, visit the library, call 701-2620 or go online here .
