Use the Census in your genealogy research

The Purcell Public Library and continues its series on genealogy research with a free class on “How to Research the U.S. Census,” presented at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at the McClain County Museum, 203 W. Washington St.
Gary Rice, Library Assistant in Purcell, and the library’s resident genealogy expert, will lead the program, giving tips about U.S. Census records, including ways to access it on the Internet.
There is no charge for the program, but registration is required to take part.
