Shawnee Public Library
The Shawnee Public Library is combining science and movement for a special morning for children at its program “Fizz, Boom, Move and Groove,” starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, in Community Rooms A and B of the library, 101 N. Philadelphia Ave.
The program gives children age 2-5 a variety of creative movement activities, as well as songs and a few stories.
The program is part of the library’s Summer Reading Program series with the theme “Fizz, Boom, Read.”
Registration is not required.
This year's Summer Reading Program has been aided by support from the Friends of the Shawnee Public Library.
